  • Team Dynamics: Structured as a day and a half program or modularized to meet your specific needs; this process brings all the Team Players together to learn how their individual characteristics translate into team assets
  • Team Focus: Once the dynamics of the team are understood, the team tackles specific issues related to identifiable team objectives and evaluates how its combined characteristics either hinder or contribute to the successful accomplishment of the objective
