LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT

  • Diagnostics and interviews to determine developmental needs
  • Develop customized works shops and one-on-one coaching based upon diagnostic results. Process includes one-on-one follow-up, both on the floor and in private, in order to coach the behavior change
  • Leader’s leader will participate as an adjunct coach to maintain the on- going change

MANAGEMENT TRAINING

Provides consistent skill and behavioral development to each manager and supervisor to ensure that they can be effective in all areas of their day-to-day responsibilities. Impact has been demonstrated in increases of productivity, quality, cost savings, retention and goal attainment.

  • Each manager and supervisor will receive a diagnostic survey and interview to identify their individual training and development needs.
  • Content delivered in a classroom setting with one-on-one coaching by The AMS Group and their formal leaders
  • Content customized by an Adept Professional from the diagnostics for the group and individual participants
